WOO!! HOO!! I PASSED!!!

I want to take the time to thank everyone that prayed and sent good karma my way, I'm absolutely sure that it helped keep me calm and positive. I don't think I have ever been as calm as I was this morning :) Thanks again! I'm going to take a nap now...

  6. So sorry for the belated congratulations! It is no less heartfelt, I promise. I forgot those results came through immediately. Anyway--AMEN! The prayers got answered. Of course, I'm not surprised. I didn't want to minimize your anxiety, but you've already proven yourself to be a wonderfully capable social worker. I hope you take some time to celebrate. Welcome to the beginning of your official social work career.

  7. thanks, spankie...you can do it too...my greatest fear when I started was that i would be surrounded by a bunch of giggling 18 year olds and i wondered how i would ever keep my mouth shut or keep my sanity. it wasn't that way at all. almost half the campus was older people returning to finish their degree or to get the first one. i made some very good friends there, something i was too preoccupied with self and other things to do the first time around. so if you feel that calling, it's the Lord tugging at you. what is that saying? oh, yeah, "if He brings you to it, He will bring you though it" There were many times I had to quote that saying to myself to get through something, especially algebra. :)
